Why do I have to put down a deposit?
Great question! A deposit is required along with a signed contract so that all parties of the event understand and agree on the projected expectations of your event. The deposit serves as security for moving forward with preparation for your special day.
Something else came up on my scheduled event. Do you issue refunds?
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. However, we go through great lengths in purchasing decor and providing our services in preparation for your special occasion. Please note that we do not issue full refunds, but allow for partial refunds depending on time of notice in retrospect to the projected date of event.

Is it ok for me to pay cash?
At this time, we cannot accept cash for deposit or final payment. However, we do accept all major credit cards and checks which can be mailed to our PO box.
